Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, and only to deliver your order and improve this page.

What we collect

• Order details — name, mobile number, city and address, quantity and optional note. Used only to confirm and deliver your order, and (if you opt in) to remind you when your pouch is about to run out.
• Anonymous usage events — which sections of this page were viewed, which buttons were tapped, device type (mobile/desktop), approximate city and campaign source. These are linked to a random ID that lives only in your browser tab and is deleted when you close it.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We don’t store your IP address.
• We don’t sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

• Our courier partner — name, phone and address, for delivery.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you message us or we confirm your order.
• Our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare, Supabase), which may store data outside Pakistan under their security terms.

How long we keep it

Order records: up to 3 years for accounting. Anonymous usage events: up to 13 months.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Access to order data is restricted to authorised staff with two-step sign-in.

Law

We follow the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and will update this policy when Pakistan's Personal Data Protection law is enacted.
